HOW TO USE IT INTENTIONALLY

You can use Sugar Spell just like a normal body wash, or turn it into a simple shower ritual.

Start by completing any heavier cleansing you feel you need first. If you're doing a spiritual cleanse or removing old energy, do that before your glamour work. Sugar Spell can then become the final intentional cleansing step before you leave the shower.

Apply a small amount to your hands, washcloth, loofah, or shower sponge and work into a lather.

As you wash, focus on the energy you want to carry with you. Imagine yourself being received warmly. Visualize conversations flowing easily, people enjoying your presence, compliments coming naturally, and the world interacting with you a little more sweetly.

Then rinse while keeping that intention in mind.

After your shower, dry off and follow with Sugar Spell Intention Oil to layer and reinforce the sweetening intention. You can anoint your usual pulse points or incorporate the oil into the rest of your glamour routine.
