Shipping & Processing Information

Processing Time:

There is a processing time of about 5-7 business days, not counting holidays, depending on order volume. To determine the shipping date, add 6 business days to your order.After that delivery times vary depending on your location, speed of service, carriers, and other factors. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, but please let us know if you have any issues.

If a holiday falls on a business day, add 1 additional day to processing.

Some listings may have a longer processing time before shipping, such as mystery boxes or custom intention oils. Those items ship within 5-7 business days but it can be sooner depending on order volume.

 

Free Shipping over $35 Guidelines:

All packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless you have paid the actual postage price for Priority shipping. Orders that have hit a free shipping over $35 limit, ship USPS ground not priority unless priority postage is paid for. This helps me to offer a free shipping option. Orders with a $0.00 shipping fee ship USPS Ground Advantage always. Free shipping is available in the USA only.




Issues with Delivery?


We understand how frustrating this can be! Once a package is marked as Delivered, it means your mail carrier has scanned it as dropped off. At that point, Lucid and Wild is not responsible for locating the item, as we do not have access to local delivery routes or GPS tracking.


Here’s what we recommend:

Double-check your surroundings – Look near doors, porches, mailboxes, garages, or behind planters where the package may have been tucked.
-Ask neighbors or household members – Sometimes packages are picked up or dropped off nearby by mistake.
-Contact your local post office directly – They can provide exact GPS scan data or speak to your carrier to locate your delivery.
-Please note that only your local post office can investigate packages



Spiritual Readings & Consultations

Spiritual and Tarot Readings/Consultations do not require shipping. Readings will be emailed to the email address you used to place the order. Most readings are done same business day when purchased before 8pm.Same Hour (listing must say same hour) readings are completed the same hour when ordered between the following business hours:⏰ Hours of Operation (EST):
Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sat-Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
If you order outside of this timeframe orders may be completed next business day OR out of the 1 hour time frame.

Spellcasting Services: Whether group/community or custom spells nothing is shipped to you in these cases. Proof of completition will be sent to the email you used to place the order.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASES:

By purchasing from LUCID AND WILD you agree that you have read and understand any statements listed under our shipping policy. This includes any time needed to process orders before shipping and the "estimated" length of time for delivery. Please note, that once we ship out items and they are in the possession of the carrier, LUCID AND WILD has no control or influence over the speed, Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address during checkout. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
