Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A PROCESSING TIME THAT OCCURS BEFORE YOUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED. 

 

Shipping occurs after approximately 3 to 5 business days of processing depending on order volume. This is subject to change at any time and will be announced on the homepage of LucidAndWild.com should it be necessary.

 

By purchasing from Lucid And Wild you agree that you have read and understand any statements listed under our shipping policy. This includes any time needed to process orders before shipping and the "estimated" length of time for delivery. Please note, that once we ship out items and they are in the possession of the carrier, Lucid And Wild has no control or influence over the speed, delivery, or condition that deliveries are made. Once an order has been marked as delivered by a carrier, the obligation of Lucid And Wild to the customer has been completed. Any issues with the order including loss or theft once an order has been delivered, need to be reported and handled by the customer and the carrier service. 

 

Once shipped items are mailed via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Orders totally $35 and up ship free via standard processing and delivery (can be first class or priority depending on item weight). Free shipping is currently only being considered for domestic orders only.

LucidAndWild.com does not control third party shippers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other shipping services. Lucid And Wild lists average "estimated" delivery days based on the information provided to us via third party shipping services. You agree that this information is estimated only and is dependent on the carrier and service provider.

 

Domestic estimates only:

USPS First class mail takes on average of 2 to 6 business days (or longer).

USPS Priority Mail takes on average of 3-5 business days or longer. 

 

If you experience any damages during delivery, please notify us via email lucidandwild@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

INR claims (Items Not Received): We are not responsible for the theft or loss of packages marked as delivered. It is up to the customers to monitor their tracking information once shipped and provide a safe shipping address and location for package delivery. If your items are marked as delivered and you have not received them, please contact your local postal office and file a mail theft claim with them. Mail theft is a crime, and as unfortunate as it is if this happens, please understand as I business owner I cannot stay in operation if I refunded every delivered order claimed to be lost.
