Crafted from vibrant, high-quality glass beads and strung on durable cotton thread, these traditional non-stretch waist beads are designed to be both beautiful and deeply intentional. Each strand is pre-spelled and energetically set to support you in connecting with your body, your sensuality, and your personal power.

Each waist bead strand is pre-spelled as part of my ritual process before it reaches you. I begin by spiritually cleansing the beads with incense to clear stagnant energy, then I pray over and intentionally charge them with the energy of embodiment, confidence, discipline, devotion to self, and alignment with your personal body goals. Each strand is lightly dressed with my Body Goals intention oil as a final blessing step. Think of these as a wearable ritual and energetic reminder to stay connected to your intentions, celebrate your body through every season, and move toward your goals with love and consistency. These are spiritual support tools and are not a substitute for nutrition, movement, medical care, or guaranteed physical results.

• Remove excess beads if needed

Size guide:

Each 50” strand is designed to fit a wide range of body sizes. Best suited for waists and hips up to approximately 45–48 inches. Because they are tie-on and cut-to-fit, they can be fully customized to your desired placement. If you prefer a looser fit or plan to wear them lower on the hips, sizing up or choosing a longer strand is recommended.5
