There is a processing time of 3-5 business days depending on order volume. After that delivery times vary depending on your location, speed of service, carriers, and other factors. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, but please let us know if you have any issues.

Current processing time is 3-4 business days before shipping. All orders $35 and up ship free via USPS Ground. If you pay the actual price for Priority shipping, then that method will be used. All $0.00 shipping orders ship via USPS ground.

Processing time is currently at around 4 business days before shipping not including Holidays. Orders are auto-scheduled based on date you order. Purchasing spiritual readings with physical items that need to ship tends to throw the natural schedule off, They are auto scheduled for later, so try to book readings separately. Otherwise:

Some listings may have a longer processing time before shipping, such as mystery boxes or custom intention oils. Those items ship within 5-7 business days but it can be sooner depending on order volume.

Free shipping Information:

Oils are prepared in an almond oil base. Coconut Oil may be available but an upgrade is required for that purchase. Herbs/colors are only present in oils and kits, not intentional sprays or body mists.

How Voxer Coaching Works:

Voxer is a free walkie-talkie style app (text + voice messaging) that allows us to talk in real-time or check in throughout the day. You’ll need to download it and create an account to complete this coaching process. IF you choose to subscribe to the app pro account, it is relatively very cheap. My favorite thing about this style of coaching is having the advice on hand any time and being able to listen to the voice memos anywhere you go. I would love to give you a time frame of when I will reply, but that is what is so beautiful about this coaching package. I can literally give you the downloads and the guidance at any hour of the day on any day when it is aligned and when it is flowing. And you get to listen to the messages whenever you can! It’s like having your own spiritual mentor and strategy bestie at your fingertips. This coaching is designed to move with your real life.

Every coaching session is different and everyone has different needs, so let’s not get caught up in a “HERE’S AN INCLUDED LIST OF WHAT TO EXPECT…” what you need is a release of that, and more soul-spirit led coaching, and that doesn’t have “bullet points”. The included support comes as is it meant to come, and we know, when we know.

Q: Do I need to schedule a specific time for coaching each day?
Nope! That’s the magic of Voxer coaching. There’s no hour-by-hour scheduling. I send you voice notes, energy reads, downloads, and guidance as I’m led to throughout your coaching window. You’re free to open, listen, and respond whenever it feels good for you.

Q: What if I can’t respond right away or need time to process?
That’s totally okay — there’s no pressure to keep up with messages in real time. Some people journal between notes. Some people binge-listen at night. Your healing gets to unfold in your rhythm.

Q: How often do you reply?
I check in, respond, and share powerful support as I move intuitively through the day. This is less about “instant replies” and more about aligned support. When you do receive messages, trust they’ll hit exactly when your spirit is open to receive them.

Q: What kind of things can I talk to you about?
Anything. Seriously. Business blocks, confidence issues, trauma patterns, family dynamics, dating drama, shame spirals, spiritual rituals, spiritual downloads, honestly anything that you need transformative coaching in — this is your sacred space.

Q: How do I know when the container ends?

The length of the package does not start until we actually initiate coaching via the app (or messages if you choose to go that route. I would prefer voice coaching.
