Also, you can sign up for "informed delivery" via USPS which will email you images of your mail to be delivered that day, as well as alert you to any packages & display their tracking numbers on the day of the delivery.
If you have a packaged marked as "delivered" but you claim to not have it, you will need to contact your local post office and fill out a claim. We get the request daily now to refund/replace something that has been delivered. We are a small business and cannot do this for every delivered package we send out. We would have to close shop. We are not @mazon, There is a single person making and shipping your items. If you have a lot of issues with mail delivery, please ship to a PO box instead or request signature for delivery. We will not replaced "delivered" packages at our expense.
