All coaching is done exclusively via the Voxer app — through voice and text messaging only.
There are no Zoom calls included in any coaching packages. This is an intuitively led, flow-based container that honors your rhythm and mine.

You’ll be fully supported via voice note coaching, intuitive downloads, and energetic insight throughout the duration of your chosen package.

There are no max or minimum replies or questions over the period of your  package. But keep in mind to provide you with a valuable coaching session, oriented and focused sessions are the best versus clients asking constant questions without taking any time to embody or process the responses. My goal during our time together is to help you come out of this with as much clarity as possible. So let's try to stay on track during our sessions together. Remember there are ALWAYS going to be more questions we can ask, so lets make priorities and go from there. Your coaching session begins after the intake is completed and we connect via Voxer. I will let you know when the coaching package starts so you are aware of the timeline. But there are no limits to how much we connect during that active package.

shipping & returns

Processing time occurs before shipping and is typically 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on shipping speed & couriers. Once a product is shipped, we have no control over how fast it is actually delivered.

FOLLOW YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND ARRANGE TO BE PRESENT DURING DELIVERY OR REQUEST A HOLD ON YOUR MAIL FOR THAT DAY. Also, you can sign up for "informed delivery" via USPS which will email you images of your mail to be delivered that day, as well as alert you to any packages & display their tracking numbers on the day of the delivery.

If you have a packaged marked as "delivered" but you claim to not have it, you will need to contact your local post office and fill out a claim. We get the request daily now to refund/replace something that has been delivered. We are a small business and cannot do this for every delivered package we send out. We would have to close shop. We are not @mazon, There is a single person making and shipping your items. If you have a lot of issues with mail delivery, please ship to a PO box instead or request signature for delivery. We will not replaced "delivered" packages at our expense.
