How to use it

• Hold the bottle about a foot away and spray around your body, then breathe in slowly.
• Spray your room, workspace, or car when the energy feels tense or heavy.
• Lightly mist your sheets before sleep as a wind-down cue. Test on fabric first.
•  Add to pulse points and let the scent do the work while you take a few slow breaths.
• Mist or anoint your altar, candles, or tools before spellwork or journaling.

• Spray once, then take a slow inhale for 4 counts and exhale for 6
• Say: "I'm safe. I can slow down. I don't have to carry all of this right now."
• Repeat two or three times, then drink some water
