Ritual for Protection and Revealing Monitoring Spirits

This ritual is designed to shield you from monitoring spirits while exposing their presence and intentions. It requires preparation, focus, and intention, but the results will leave you empowered and protected.

What You’ll Need:

• 1 white candle (purity and protection)
• 1 black candle (banishing and revelation)
• Evil Eye Oil (recipe below)
• Herbs: rosemary, sage, bay leaves, and lavender
• Crystals: black tourmaline (protection), clear quartz (clarity), and amethyst (spiritual connection)
• A small bowl of salt
• A mirror (handheld or small)

Recipe for Evil Eye Oil:

• 2 tablespoons carrier oil (like jojoba or olive oil)
• 5 drops of frankincense essential oil (protection)
• 5 drops of rosemary essential oil (clarity and cleansing)
• 3 drops of lavender essential oil (calm and balance)
• 1 pinch of crushed bay leaves (banishing)
• Mix these ingredients in a small, dark bottle. Shake well before use.

Steps for the Ritual:

1. Cleanse your space by burning sage or palo santo. Open windows to let the negative energy leave. Arrange your candles, herbs, crystals, and mirror on a table or altar in a way that feels intentional.
   
   
2. Sprinkle salt around your space, forming a circle. As you do this, say: “This circle is sacred and protected. No harm may enter here.”
   
   
3. Anoint the white and black candles with Evil Eye Oil. As you do this, set your intention: “This candle represents my protection and the revelation of all unseen energies.”
   
   
4.   Begin with the white candle, saying: “I call upon the divine light to shield and protect me.” Then light the black candle, saying: “I call upon the forces of truth to reveal what is hidden and banish all harm.”
   
   
5. Hold the mirror and place it near the black candle. Look into it and say: “Show me what seeks to harm or watch me. Reveal all energies that do not serve my highest good.” Focus on the reflection, allowing any insights or visions to come through.
   
   
6. Sprinkle a pinch of rosemary, sage, and bay leaves into the flames of the black candle (safely). Say: “I release and banish all monitoring spirits. You have no power here.”
   
   
7. Hold the black tourmaline in your hands, saying: “Protect me from all harm.” Place it near the white candle. Hold the amethyst, saying: “Strengthen my intuition and spiritual sight.” Place it near the black candle. Keep the clear quartz in front of the mirror to amplify your intentions.
   
   
8. When you feel the ritual is complete, extinguish the candles (don’t blow them out; use a candle snuffer if possible). Say: “This ritual is complete. I am protected, and all that does not serve me is banished. So it is.”
   
   
9. Aftercare: Dispose of the salt outside your home, thanking it for its protection. Carry the black tourmaline with you for ongoing shielding. Repeat the ritual as needed.
